Rates

  • The rate at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis is $199/night single or double occupancy.

  • Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 16.9% + $5.00 per room/per day Georgia Hotel-Motel Fee) in effect at the time of check-out.

  • You will need to provide a valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation.
  • Subject to availability, this rate MAY also be available to attendees three days before and three days after the Seminar dates if you want to extend your stay. You may need to call the hotel directly to do so once you have made your reservation.

Reservations cut-off date, check-in/check-out, payment and cancellation policy

  • The cut-off date is Friday, May 15, 2026. The group rate will be honored through the date above or until the block of rooms has sold out, whichever comes first. We strongly encourage you to secure your reservation as early as possible to guarantee rate availability and your preferred room type.
  • Check-In/Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Captain can arrange to check your baggage until your room is ready if you arrive early.
  • Guaranteed Reservations: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit OR guaranteed with a major credit card. If paying by credit card, no deposit will be charged to account.

  • Cancellation Policy: The hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty fee of 1 night’s room and tax.

  • Early Departure Fee: Attendee must notify hotel of early departure at check-in to avoid a penalty fee of 1 night’s room and tax.

Please be advised that room cancellations are expected between now and the start of the Seminar. We encourage you to periodically check the reservation link for Atlanta Marriott Marquis for newly available rooms.

At this time, the hotel is not permitting NCMS to expand our contracted room block. Should additional rooms become available for our group, we will notify the membership immediately.
