The Sheraton Dallas is located at 400 Olive Street in downtown Dallas. Whether you’re arriving by air, rideshare, taxi, or rental car, several transportation options are available to help you reach the hotel.

Taxi and Rideshare

From Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is the primary airport serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Taxis are available on the lower level of Terminals A, B, C, D, and E. Airport Guest Assistants are available at taxi stands from 8:00 a.m. to midnight to help travelers find a taxi.

Uber, Lyft, and other transportation network companies may also be available. Follow airport signage and your rideshare app’s instructions for the designated pickup location at your terminal.

From Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

Dallas Love Field is another airport option for travelers visiting Dallas. Taxi, rideshare, rental car, and other ground transportation options are available. Check the airport’s official website for current pickup locations and transportation details.

Public Transportation

Travelers arriving at DFW Airport can connect to public transportation serving Dallas and the surrounding region.

• DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit): Provides rail and bus service throughout Dallas and nearby communities. The DART Orange Line serves DFW Airport Terminal A and connects travelers with downtown Dallas.
• DART Silver Line: Provides regional rail service from DFW Airport Terminal B to communities in the northern Dallas area.
• TEXRail: Connects DFW Airport Terminal B with Grapevine and downtown Fort Worth.
• Trinity Railway Express (TRE): Connects Dallas and Fort Worth, with airport-area connections available through connecting transportation services.

Rental Cars

Rental cars are available through the DFW Airport Rental Car Center, which operates 24 hours a day. After collecting your baggage, follow the rental car signs to the designated shuttle pickup area on the lower level of your terminal.

Rental car shuttles operate 24 hours a day, typically departing every 10–15 minutes. The ride to the Rental Car Center takes approximately 10 minutes.
