Reservation Information and Rates
Hotel reservations for the NCMS Annual Training Seminar are available exclusively to registered Seminar attendees through the official NCMS room block.
Seminar registration will open in November. After completing your Seminar registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing the official hotel reservation link. Use this link to reserve your room and receive the negotiated NCMS group rate.
Please note: The NCMS hotel reservation link is provided only after Seminar registration is completed. To ensure you receive the NCMS group rate and that your reservation is credited to the NCMS room block, please make your reservation using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
The rate at the Sheraton Dallas is $209/night for single or double occupancy.
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 18.3%) in effect at the time of check-out.
You will need to provide a valid credit card number to guarantee your reservation.
Subject to availability, this rate MAY also be available to attendees three days before and three days after the Seminar dates if you want to extend your stay. You may need to call the hotel directly to do so once you have made your reservation.
Reservations cut-off date, check-in/check-out, payment and cancellation policy
The hotel reservation cut-off date is Friday, May 14, 2027. The NCMS group rate will be available through this date or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
We strongly encourage attendees to complete their Seminar registration as early as possible. Once registered, you will receive the official hotel reservation link, which should be used to secure the NCMS group rate and your preferred room type.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Captain can arrange to check your baggage until your room is ready if you arrive early.
- Guaranteed Reservations: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit OR guaranteed with a major credit card. If paying by credit card, no deposit will be charged to account.
Cancellation Policy: The hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty fee of 1 night’s room and tax.
Early Departure Fee: Attendee must notify hotel of early departure at check-in to avoid a penalty fee of 1 night’s room and tax.
