Kim “KC” Campbell
We are thrilled to announce that retired Air Force Colonel and accomplished fighter pilot Kim “KC” Campbell will serve as the Tuesday Keynote speaker at the 61st Annual NCMS Seminar.
Kim “KC” Campbell retired after 24 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, where she distinguished herself as a fighter pilot and senior military leader. With over 1,800 hours flown in the A-10 Warthog, including more than 100 combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, she played a critical role in protecting ground troops. In 2003, Kim was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for Heroism after successfully recovering her battle-damaged aircraft following an intense close air support mission.
Kim’s most recent role was serving as the Director of the Center for Character and Leadership Development at the U.S. Air Force Academy. She is also the author of the best-selling book Flying in the Face of Fear: A Fighter Pilot’s Lessons on Leading with Courage. To learn more, visit www.kim-kc-campbell.com.

Scott “Intake” Kartvedt
We are excited to announce that the 61st Annual Training Seminar, hosted at the Gaylord Palms, will feature the esteemed Scott “Intake” Kartvedt as our Thursday keynote speaker. The event promises to be an inspiring experience, offering Scott’s unique insights into aviation, leadership, and human performance.
Scott “Intake” Kartvedt is a renowned aviation expert whose career was inspired by the iconic 1986 movie Top Gun. He turned his childhood dream into reality, serving as a Navy fighter pilot with five combat deployments and accumulating over 6,300 flight hours. Kartvedt’s distinguished career includes leading the Navy’s first F-35C Stealth Strike Fighter Squadron and performing as a stunt pilot in the blockbuster films Top Gun: Maverick and Mission: Impossible 8. His commitment to aviation safety and human performance has earned him widespread respect.
Beyond his military and cinematic accomplishments, Scott is a sought-after keynote speaker, known for sharing valuable leadership lessons and insights on fostering a culture of excellence. As the President of the Blue Angels Foundation, he donates part of his earnings to initiatives aimed at preventing veteran suicide, demonstrating his strong commitment to the well-being of his community.
