We are honored to welcome Brigadier General (Ret.) Rob Novotny, Executive Director for Air Force Air Dominance Systems at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, as the Opening Keynote Speaker for the 62nd Annual Training Seminar. With more than 28 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force, Rob brings extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and strategic communication. As Commander of the 57th Wing at Nellis Air Force Base, he led over 5,000 personnel and managed the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, orchestrating the memorable “America Strong” flyovers seen by more than 100 million Americans. A decorated fighter pilot and test program leader, Rob helped advance the F-22 Raptor, F-35 Lightning II, and next-generation air dominance programs. Today, he leads Boeing’s global strategy for advanced fighter aircraft. His keynote will offer powerful insights on leadership, adaptability, and performance under pressure—lessons that inspire audiences across every field.
