All meetings and functions for the seminar will be held at the Silver Legacy.
- The rate at the Silver Legacy is $95/night single or double for Sunday - Thursday evenings.
- If you wish to stay over on Friday or Saturday evening, the rate changes to $145/night single or double.
The above rates do not include tax, which is currently 13.5% and subject to change without notice.
RESORT FEE
Please note there is a resort fee of $3/night per room that is a standard charge at the Silver Legacy.
The Resort Fee includes:
- Overnight valet- or self-parking with in/out privileges;
- Unlimited local telephone service;
- Round-trip airport shuttle service 18 hours per day;
- Other privileges as determined by the Silver Legacy.
RESERVATIONS
You can resume your room one of two ways:
BY PHONE
- Call the Silver Legacy directly at 800-687-8733 (group reservations). Please refer to the Group Code "NCMS610" when making your reservation.
- Note: It is hotel policy to charge the first night's room and tax at the time of the reservation. If you need to cancel at a later date, as long as you cancel within the established restriction, this amount will be fully refunded.
- Make your reservation on line by visiting the Silver Legacy Site.
- Click on "Book a Room" under the "Hotel" option on the home page.
- Enter your arrival date and planned number of nights.
- Put in Group Code NCMS610 and hit "submit".
- Room type and availability, along with the group rates, will then be displayed and you can proceed with making your reservation.
- Note: It is hotel policy to charge the first night's room and tax at the time of the reservation. If you need to cancel at a later date, as long as you cancel within the established restriction, this amount will be fully refunded.
RESERVATIONS CUT OFF DATE, CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservations cutoff date is Friday, May 21, 2010. After that date, you are no longer guaranteed a room, but the hotel will continue to take reservations if space is available.
The hotel will offer the same rates (weekday and weekend rates above) for attendees three days pre- and post-conference if you decide to spend some extra time in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area.
Check In/Out: Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11 :00 am. Guest arriving before check in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Captain can arrange to check your baggage until your room is ready if you arrive early.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy requires sleeping rooms be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. Failure to give proper notification will result in the forteiture of your first night's room and tax, which is pre-paid.
